The waiting time for account activation can range from a few minutes after submitting the application to several weeks. It all depends on the current demand in your city!

The courier’s earnings depend on the orders delivered, the more orders you deliver the more you earn. However, the number of orders delivered may be affected by external factors such as: waiting for an order, unfavorable weather conditions, distance (number of kilometers driven). Glovo couriers earn on average from PLN 30/h to even PLN 40/h

First of all, remember that the reservation calendar is available twice a week.

You can book the hours of cooperation in the calendar section in the Glovo Courier application. Available hours are marked in white, and occupied in gray. Just tap on your preferred available hours and they will be marked in green, indicating that they have been successfully booked.

What else should you know? The calendar is made available first to couriers with the highest Excellence score.

If you’re a new courier, you won’t get an Excellence score until you’ve completed 50 orders.

  • Check in 10 minutes earlier in the Glovo Courier app. Thanks to this, you will inform the system about your availability during the scheduled hours.
  • Be in your city’s delivery area. If you’re there before work starts, you’ll increase your chance of getting your order.
  • Before leaving home, check that your phone is charged when you connect to the Glovo application. Please note that if the battery level is below 20%, you will not receive your order due to security reasons.
  • Most importantly – turn on automatic order acceptance in the application. If you want to take a break, turn off the button.
